Confessions

It can be hard to be honest about our flaws and insecurities. We’d rather pretend like we’ve got it all together and we don’t need any help from anyone. It makes us feel powerful. But let’s get real. None of us have it all figured out. And something really powerful happens when we’re willing to share the worst parts of ourselves with others. It gives us a point of connection and it helps us overcome the hurdles, to grow and to heal.
